  1. SAVFY® aims for the highest satisfaction of customers.
  2. SAVFY® offers a 14-day Return policy.
  3. If the item is faulty, customer can choose for replacement or refund.
  4. Contact our customer service officer is required for returns so that we could figure out the problem, and send you our return address.
  5. The item shall be returned in good condition and with the original package and accessories, including cartons, parts and instructions manual etc.
  6. Please note that buyers shall be responsible for the delivery expenses if the item is not defective after testing, or wrong item ordered by buyer.
  7. SAVFY® is exempted from the responsible for item lost during return.
